This 2022 SABRE COBALT 37FLL 5th Wheel BY FOREST RIVER appears to be in very good condition. The slides all worked smoothly as did the power awnings. Internally all demonstrated features worked as they should and the owner states all features are working properly. The unit does have a rebuilt title that has been inspected and certified by the state of Tennessee. The mattress and one of the sofas in the front living room have been removed. The exterior paint is not shiny but looks good. No visible wrecks, dents, or significant scratches. The interior has been gently used. No rips or major blemishes on the upholstery were observed.
