This coach appears to be in good condition overall, with a few minor cosmetic issues that need to be addressed. The exterior paint appears to be in very good condition. There are no major dings or scratches noticed. Inside the coach, the flooring, cabinets, and appliances all appear to be in good shape, with a minor upholstery nick on the corner of the settee seat. All appliances and systems work as they should, per the seller. The front window had a leak, and the seller put duct tape over it; it no longer leaks but will need to be addressed at some point, may possibly be a warranty item. The seller is going to check on that. The front passenger window has some fogging going on and should be addressed. The entrance door has an issue with the paneling pulling away from the door, and needs to be addressed. Likely it's from the heat. CO2 detector is not working, so the seller disconnected it. Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it independently surveyed to confirm its condition before purchase. Stock #343728 LOW MILES! CLEAN!
