This coach appears to be in good condition overall, with a few minor cosmetic issues that need to be addressed.
The exterior paint appears to be in very good condition. There are no major dings or scratches noticed.
Inside the coach, the flooring, cabinets, and appliances all appear to be in good shape, with a minor upholstery nick on the corner of the settee seat. All appliances and systems work as they should, per the seller.
The front window had a leak, and the seller put duct tape over it; it no longer leaks but will need to be addressed at some point, may possibly be a warranty item. The seller is going to check on that.
The front passenger window has some fogging going on and should be addressed.
The entrance door has an issue with the paneling pulling away from the door, and needs to be addressed. Likely it's from the heat.
CO2 detector is not working, so the seller disconnected it.
Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it independently surveyed to confirm its condition before purchase.

This 2019 Berkshire XL Series 40D is a great coach for traveling the country! With the 380 HP Cummins motor and the Freightliner Chassis, you'll have more than enough power to go wherever you want, while pulling up to 10,000 lbs.
Inside the coach, you'll find that you have everything you need for your home away from home (or for full-time living).
The main living area is large with opposing slides, and the main slide is a Super Slide, covering most of the passenger side of the coach. You'll find a convertible sofa sleeper with a queen bed, a jackknife sofa, a convertible dinette, and a drop-down queen bed above the cab. And, of course, the front seats swivel and become part of the large living area.
This coach comfortably sleeps nine people and has seat belts for ten people. There's even a pop-up TV in the main living area so you can put it away when not in use and have more windows for light.
You'll appreciate all of the kitchen appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator-freezer with an ice maker, a double stainless steel kitchen sink, a convection microwave oven, an induction stovetop, and a dishwasher! This coach also has a Truma Aqua Go for hot water.
The master bedroom is roomy and has plenty of storage as well. It features a king-sized, walk-around bed, and a bath and a half for your family's convenience. The large bathroom in the rear of the coach has a full-sized shower, a sink, a toilet and lots of cabinet space. There's also a washer and dryer for your clothes, so you won't have to leave the coach for laundry.
You'll find ample storage everywhere inside and outside the coach.
This coach was lived in while in the process of buying a home, so the miles on the coach are very low (only had it at two campsites), and the generator hours are also very low.
