This is a very low mileage, very well maintained class c motorhome. 2006 Ford Four Winds 'Class C' RV. 158,000 miles on a Ford E450 engine. I'm only selling because 30' is too much space for my dog and I and I'm downsizing to something 20 feet or less before I drive back to Cali. I would sell this RV to a friend, confident that she easily has another 100,000 miles in her (I take care of my **** and my F-150 daily driver has over 230,00 miles) The Good: -It has been my primary residence for the last 18 months and is in excellent working condition. No leaks and everything works: awning, stove, fridge/freezer, generator, water pump, etc. Comfortably sleeps 5 adults. If things get weird it can sleep up to 8. -Dependable Ford E450 engine that has had regular oil changes and mechanical maintenance. -Loud indoor/outdoor sound system dominates tailgates. -Priced to sell (4k less than NADA pricing guide). Model #306154 The Bad: -The house battery needs to be replaced (~$200). I haven't gotten around to replacing it myself because appliances and lights still work fine when plugged in or running generator. The Ugly: -There are a couple of age appropriate cosmetic scrapes and scratches. Some came with the vehicle when I bought her (originally a Cruise America RV), one or two I added backing into a parking space or two. Nothing major and price reflects these imperfections. -I glued a few maps to decorate the bathroom wall and some of the paper stuck to the wall when removing (see pic). I have sanded and covered with another coat of paint since this photo was taken, but buyer should be ready to hang a poster or map of their own on the wall. Thanks for your time.
Fun vehicle, we bought it in June 2011. Only one other owner who took it on 1 trip and wanted to go bigger. We have taken her out to Missouri and back, no problem. We have only really taken it out a couple other times as you can see the mileage being so low. Our family is growing up and we don't seem to have the time we thought we would to use it. So instead of us keeping her in the yard, maybe you can take some adventures with it. It has furnace, AC, Generator, backup camera, and still new smell.
