It has approximately 150k miles on it. * No Awning* No Leveling Jacks* There is one water leak, near the sink area on the outside. I just had one water leak repaired and have had it winterized every year.* There is previous water damage in the area above the truck front. 1993 Ford Fourwinds , This motorhome has many updates that include a new AC unit, tires, and laminate faux hardwood floors. The kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven. The shower and bathroom area are separate. The main sleeping area has lots of room for storage. The motor home also features a generator for use when electricity hookups are not available. The motorhomes 1990s wallpaper has been removed and painted neutral beige and an updated back splash has been added. We have had many great camping trips and family adventures with this motor home and we hope someone else will be able to enjoy it as much as we have. $6,000.00
