The overall condition of the unit is fair.
The rear panel on the left side shows signs of being repaired.
The right side slide topper is beginning to fray.
The water filtration strainer is cracked and leaking. It needs replacing.
The fit and finish of the unit have blemishes, some of which are visible in the pictures.
