2005 Fleetwood bounder 35E for sale Beautiful one owner well kept motorhome. It has been garage kept for eight months out of the year and is very shiny from many coats of wax. Many people still mistake it for new. Workhorse chassis with an 8.1 Vortec GM motor handles the hills with ease. Very dependable. Allison transmission has five speeds with overdrive which is usually on diesels automatically slows you going down the hills. Motorhome had 2 house batteries and now changed to 4 six volt batteries. New chassis battery with battery maintainer installed. Very close turning radius. 36 foot long and 12 feet high. Automatic leveling jacks. Electric step. Tires are only a couple of years old and are commercial grade Bridgestone and look like they have at least 50,000 miles to go. The Onan generator works perfectly and has never failed. Rear vision camera. 17 foot awning and frame that is only about four years old100 gallon fresh water tank, 58 gallon grey water tank and 42 gallon black water tank. Heated water and sewer tanks. Utility compartment has exterior shower. Excellent layout with a bath and a half. Toilet and sink bathroom towards the front and sink and large 36 x 42 shower in the rear with a large changing area. All new faucets.New 40 inch flat screen TV installed in the front with sound bar which gives you a huge cabinet behind the TV. HDMI cable included to stream from your computer. VCR/DVD and selector box for broadcast TV, satellite dish, cable. Antenna has a wing attached and an amplifier and I have pulled in over 70 channels at times. 1200 Watt inverter will power 40 inch TV and VCR/DVD player and one outlet without plugging into electric. Satellite dish. 19 inch TV in the bedroom.AM/FM cassette/CD player with weather channel and auxiliary input wire for iPod or phone. Just installed a powerful WiFi antenna and amplifier that can pick up a signal up to 1 mile away. Also has a cell phone antenna and amplifier installed.3 Create a Breeze exhaust fans with roof covers are installed. Washer/dryer in the kitchen. Two air conditioners/heat pumps. Microwave convection oven and also standard oven. 10 gallon electric and gas water heater. Power heated mirrors. Large four-door refrigerator with ice maker. Double pane windows.Motorhome can sleep 4 adults and 2 children in a queen bed in the bedroom and the Queen bed in the couch and the twin in the dinette and there is room to put a queen size air mattress on the floor. Corian countertops in the kitchen with plenty of countertop space. Outside storage and inside storage is fantastic.Reason for selling, we love this RV but have found another and this time, we bought a 2014 instead of new and saved almost half.
