The overall condition of the unit is fair. The rear panel on the left side shows signs of being repaired. The right side slide topper is beginning to fray. The water filtration strainer is cracked and leaking. it needs replacing. There are blemishes to the fit & finish of the unit, some of which visible in the pictures. Everything is reported to be in good working order. The coach appears to be well maintained, and the interior is clean, dry, and odor free. The current owner replaced the carpet and added LED lighting and headlamps. The exterior is in good condition, with a shiny luster.
