The overall condition of the Mirada is good. The doors to the bunk space have been removed and are in storage. The driver and passengers seat do show some signs of wear. There are also two pieces of trim on the exterior that are loose. See photos of both of these issues. The Coach has had oil changes and serviced as recommended. As with our RV listings, we recommend that buyers perform their own personal inspection to confirm the condition. If you don't need the bunk space, you can easily convert the space into a large wardrobe or workspace. The bath and a half floor plan with be very handy when traveling with a full crew. There is also a roof ladder, slide toppers, and a large patio awning. You will also have a 5.5kW Onan generator, so boondocking won't mean doing without power. The Mirada Select is stored inside when not in use. With less than 4300 miles, the Mirada looks new inside and out. The Onan Generator only has 20 hours and started without hesitation. The tires look good and have a date code of 4014. Manufactured 40th week of 2014. At the time of my visit, I could not turn on the Fireplace. It was likely an operator error. All of the other coach's systems appeared to operate correctly. Stock #311515 Nice 2016 Mirada 37LS! Oak cabinets! Stainless Appliances! Bunks! Coachmen have gone to great lengths to set the Mirada Select apart from the other Gas Class A RVs on the market. The Mirada Select has a look, feel, and features of premium diesel RVs without the diesel price tag. When you walk through the door you will be impressed with all of the high-end finishes and appointments. After a day exploring the sights, you can come home and relax and recharge in front of the entertainment center that features a 40-inch flat-screen and fireplace. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with glass tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. There is a 3-burner range/oven with a cover, microwave, a stainless steel double basin sink, and hard surface countertop with integrated pop-up electrical outlets. The Mirada Select has optional drop-down bucks that provide additional beds without taking up space. When not in use, they stow overhead. For added convenience, there is a half bath, so you do not have to enter the master suite to use the facilities. When you enter the bedroom, you will find a queen size bed, a wardrobe with a five-drawer dresser, and a full ensuite bath. The exterior is also rich with comfort and convenience features. With large and easy-to-access storage, you will have room for all your travel essentials. If you do not want to be indoors but still want to enjoy your favorite sporting event, movie, or series you can do so with the outdoor entertainment center.
