The Mirada Select is stored inside when not in use. With less than 4300 miles, the Mirada looks new inside and out. The Onan Generator only has 20 hours and started without hesitation. The tires look good and have a date code of 4014. Manufactured 40th week of 2014. At the time of my visit, I could not turn on the Fireplace. It was likely an operator error. All of the other coach's systems appeared to operate correctly. Stock #311515 Nice 2016 Mirada 37LS! Oak cabinets! Stainless Appliances! Bunks! Coachmen have gone to great lengths to set the Mirada Select apart from the other Gas Class A RVs on the market. The Mirada Select has a look, feel, and features of premium diesel RVs without the diesel price tag. When you walk through the door you will be impressed with all of the high-end finishes and appointments. After a day exploring the sights, you can come home and relax and recharge in front of the entertainment center that features a 40-inch flat-screen and fireplace. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with glass tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. There is a 3-burner range/oven with a cover, microwave, a stainless steel double basin sink, and hard surface countertop with integrated pop-up electrical outlets. The Mirada Select has optional drop-down bucks that provide additional beds without taking up space. When not in use, they stow overhead. For added convenience, there is a half bath, so you do not have to enter the master suite to use the facilities. When you enter the bedroom, you will find a queen size bed, a wardrobe with a five-drawer dresser, and a full ensuite bath. The exterior is also rich with comfort and convenience features. With large and easy-to-access storage, you will have room for all your travel essentials. If you do not want to be indoors but still want to enjoy your favorite sporting event, movie, or series you can do so with the outdoor entertainment center. Reason for selling is not a good fit for their family.

This RV is in good condition. Everything works according to the seller as far as they know. The tires are two years old with good tread. There have been no significant repairs. Stock #352678 2016 MIRADA (BY COACHMEN) 37LS was used by Football Player Richard Sherman #25 who played for Seattle Seahawks/San Francisco 49er's/ Tampa Bay Bucs!!! This 2016 Mirada 37LS by Coachmen is a beautiful low-mileage RV. A Ford Triton V10 powers it with 362 horsepower and will tow up to 5,000 pounds. Enter this coach, and you will notice a unique drop-down bed with two bunks suspended over the sofa area. This increases the sleeping capacity of the unit to seven persons. The sofa has a pull-out extension making it into a comfortable L shape. The galley has all the usual appliances, a double kitchen sink, microwave, oven, stove, and refrigerator/freezer. Another great feature is the extra half-bath in the middle of the living space. This allows greater privacy for all. The master bedroom has a slide-out, a queen size bed, and plenty of storage in cabinets and drawers. The rear full bathroom is another highlight of this coach.
