Sellers are placing bulbs that are missing over the dinette. The front passenger headlight cover is cracked, but the lights work. The bedroom slide topper (awning) is torn. The sellers are going to replace it. There is a sealed crack on the driver's side (shown in pictures). According to the sellers, this is cosmetic damage only; there are no leaks. There is some wallpaper bubbling under one of the bunk windows (shown in pictures). It is cosmetic only, with no soft spots, and it is from weather/humidity. VERY CLEAN!!! The overall condition of the Mirada is good. The doors to the bunk space have been removed and are in storage. The driver and passengers seat do show some signs of wear. There are also two pieces of trim on the exterior that are loose. See photos of both of these issues. The Coach has had oil changes and serviced as recommended.
