The outside of this coach is in good condition, and a good buff wouldn't hurt. There are no major nicks or scratches that were noticed, and everything on the coach works as it should per the seller.
There are a few items that need to be addressed, and the seller is handling some of them asap.
The items the seller is working on includes the knobs and lock on the outside TV compartment are stuck; the seller is getting them fixed.
The shade in the kitchen has lost its spring and the seller is going to fix or replace it.
The dropdown bed works but went off track, so the seller is having it fixed.
There is a small area of wallpaper in the bathroom shower that has come down, and the seller is going to have it fixed; it appears to be very minor.
The seller is not going to address is the slide topper is torn on both ends, and in a small area in the middle, and should be replaced.
There is some rust on the outside of the refrigerator vent cover. Tires are original, but have always been kept covered, have great tread, and have only 6,403 miles on them.
