The outside of this coach is in good condition, and a good buff wouldn't hurt. There are no major nicks or scratches that were noticed, and everything on the coach works as it should per the seller. There are a few items that need to be addressed, and the seller is handling some of them asap. The items the seller is working on includes the knobs and lock on the outside TV compartment are stuck; the seller is getting them fixed. The shade in the kitchen has lost its spring and the seller is going to fix or replace it. The dropdown bed works but went off track, so the seller is having it fixed. There is a small area of wallpaper in the bathroom shower that has come down, and the seller is going to have it fixed; it appears to be very minor. The seller is not going to address is the slide topper is torn on both ends, and in a small area in the middle, and should be replaced. There is some rust on the outside of the refrigerator vent cover. Tires are original, but have always been kept covered, have great tread, and have only 6,403 miles on them. This motorhome is actually a 2015-1/2 and is better than new. It runs like a charm. It is a Ford V-10, gas. Extended warranties are available: paint protection plan is good for another 4 years, extended mechanical warranty is good for another 4 years, and tire and wheel protection is good another 4 years. Mileage is only 5,477!! Includes side and rear back-up cameras. There are 2 slide outs. The interior is toasted almond with plenty of maple, raised-panel cabinets to hold all of your things. It features an outside entertainment center with refrigerator, sink, gas barbeque and TV. There are 3-TVs total. It has a full awning with LED lights. It has a remote control for the awning, slide-outs and lights. There are night shades on all windows. A three burner gas range (hardly used), oven (never used) and a full size microwave in the kitchen. It has dual dual recliners (that go all the way back for sleeping). There is a queen bed in the bedroom and the RV sleeps 6-8 overall. A motorized drop-down bunk with air mattress above driver/passenger captains chairs. We recently upgraded the AC to 15.0 BTU. There is a 5,000 lb. trailer hitch. Auto-leveling jacks with touch pad controls. Outside shower. AM/FM radio/CD player and backup monitor on dash. Bluetooth enabled radio system with exterior speakers. Charging station. 4.0 micro quiet Onan Generator with only 50 hours on it. Too many options/upgrades to mention here. We love this unit and spent over a year trying to find the best one for us. This was it. Now we are selling it only because we don't have the time to use it.
