This coach is in good condition. It still smells fresh and clean inside. The generator starts right up and runs strongly. The tires and batteries are original. The tires appear pretty good for their age and have some tread left, but we recommend evaluating them by a qualified professional. There are a couple of minor defects. The exterior porch light stays on. It was fixed previously for the same issue, but it started staying on again recently. One of the latches sticks on the exterior TV cover. The entry slide door into the master bedroom has a couple of minor scratches, and it requires a minor modification to stabilize the doors while driving (the seller uses a small clamp to hold them securely while the coach is in motion). The RV is in good condition for its age. It has been driven all over the country, and there are some signs of wear, which is normal. The lower part of the dinette has some tears and scrapes. The owner did travel with their dog, but there is no smell of a pet in the RV. This RV had a new engine assembly installed by Ford in November 2023.
