The Coach has low miles at only 26,095 miles. The tire age code is 3219 with plenty of life left. The house batteries are 8D deep cycle batteries dated 14/18. The engine batteries were installed in February 2024. On the exterior, there is some clear coat damage and checking. The coach had a roof leak, it was repaired and there are no leaks now. The roof was just power-cleaned and chalked, ready for your next trip. The windshield was just replaced April 2024. The interior shows signs of normal wear and tear for the age, the carpet and the interior were just cleaned. The coach does not have a Diesel Particulate Filter. Other updates March 2014: Centromatic wheel balancing system installed, new hydraulic lines, new MCD day/night shades in windshield/driver/passenger windows (replaced curtains) , new water pump, 2 new inverters, LED interior lights installed throughout coach, new dash radio and monitor. Non-smoking owners. Walnut woodwork. Custom J-sofa and J-dinette. Queen bed, stacked washer and dryer. French style wardrobe doors with mirror inserts.Electric interior day/night shades.
