The overall condition of this Newell Coach is excellent, given the extensive maintenance and upgrades the seller has completed. It does have a small rip in the back of the driver's seat from the slide-out. The driver's air ride seat is not working. The seller claims he has ordered a new air tube several times, and Newell has sent the wrong part; it's a simple fix. There are a few tiles pulled up under the dinette that the seller has to finish, but they covered the access to the slide when he replaced the Slide Seals- he wants to point it out to the new owner due to it being hard to locate. There is a hairline crack on the inside bathroom wall panel. Stock #398670 This RV was SOLD on April 26. The Quad Slides on the Newell 45 open up luxurious livable space with plenty of room for entertaining. With a leather sofa and chair, the floor fit with the slides is nearly seamless. There is a tremendous amount of storage built into the Galley. Above the entry door, there is a nice crystal cabinet for wine glasses, and the ceiling treatment is gorgeous. The galley also has a built-in Wine/Liquor Cabinet, a drawer dishwasher, a large Cherry door hiding the full refrigerator, and two separate freezer compartments. An air-operated pocket door leads to the stateroom. In the rear, there is a King-Size Murphy Bed that pulls down with ease. When the Bed is in the upright position, there is an additional Television on the backside of it and an opposing couch to relax on. The Stateroom then leads into a huge Bathroom with Dual Sinks and a totally remodeled Shower Stall and bathroom. This Coach has an "Active Steer" Tag axle that will allow maneuvering with ease. The workmanship inside of this Coach is unparalleled in the industry.

The Coach has low miles at only 26,095 miles. The tire age code is 3219 with plenty of life left. The house batteries are 8D deep cycle batteries dated 14/18. I am selling my 1995 Newell Coach. It is Newell number 377. These high quality coaches are not mass produced. Each on is manufactured to the owners wants and needs. This coach is 45 feet long and 102" wide. It was built with a unique layout with a side hall way to the back. This allows you to close off the rear when travelling for a very quiet ride. It also has a huge bathroom and master bedroom suite which makes it very easy to live in. It has the Series 60 Detroit engine for tons of power and a bullet proof 740 Allison Transmission. All in perfect running condition. The generator is a 20KW. The water capacity is 168 gallons. 67 Gallon Liquid Propane, and 240 gallon fuel tank.This coach has been very well maintained and is ready for cross country travelling.
