The overall condition of this Newell Coach is excellent, given the extensive maintenance and upgrades the seller has completed.
It does have a small rip in the back of the driver's seat from the slide-out.
The driver's air ride seat is not working. The seller claims he has ordered a new air tube several times, and Newell has sent the wrong part; it's a simple fix.
There are a few tiles pulled up under the dinette that the seller has to finish, but they covered the access to the slide when he replaced the Slide Seals- he wants to point it out to the new owner due to it being hard to locate. There is a hairline crack on the inside bathroom wall panel.

The Quad Slides on the Newell 45 open up luxurious livable space with plenty of room for entertaining. With a leather sofa and chair, the floor fit with the slides is nearly seamless.
There is a tremendous amount of storage built into the Galley. Above the entry door, there is a nice crystal cabinet for wine glasses, and the ceiling treatment is gorgeous. The galley also has a built-in Wine/Liquor Cabinet, a drawer dishwasher, a large Cherry door hiding the full refrigerator, and two separate freezer compartments.
An air-operated pocket door leads to the stateroom. In the rear, there is a King-Size Murphy Bed that pulls down with ease. When the Bed is in the upright position, there is an additional Television on the backside of it and an opposing couch to relax on.
The Stateroom then leads into a huge Bathroom with Dual Sinks and a totally remodeled Shower Stall and bathroom.
This Coach has an "Active Steer" Tag axle that will allow maneuvering with ease.
The workmanship inside of this Coach is unparalleled in the industry.
