This coach has been very well maintained and kept under cover its entire life, and it shows!
The paint is in great condition,, and there were no major scrapes or scratches. The 3M car coat on the front of the coach has a bit of cracking, but of course, that can be removed if desired.
The batteries are 2-3 years old, and there have been no issues with them.
Inside the coach, everything works as it should, per the seller.

This 2014 Georgetown XL Series 352QS is a beautifully kept coach that is great for the entire family!
Powered by the popular and reliable 6.8L Triton V10 engine with only 10,495 miles on it, she is ready for the next family to enjoy. At just over 36 feet in length, it's easy to maneuver and will fit in most campgrounds and National Parks around the country. The seller has never smoked in it or had pets, so she smells great, too!
The main living area has plenty of seating for family and friends, with a convertible (jack-knife) sofa, a convertible settee, a separate swivel chair, and the two front seats that turn to become part of the living area.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need, including a convection microwave, a 3-burner stovetop, a double stainless steel sink, and a refrigerator freezer. The sink and stovetop both have covers so you can use them for more counter space when not using them.
The bathroom is located behind the main living area and kitchen and across from the two bunks. It has a large shower (great height in this one!), a newer toilet (larger than normal and sits up higher, too), a sink, a vanity area, and a skylight.
There is a queen-sized, walk-around bed in the master, two bunks (each with its own DVD player and TV), a convertible settee, and a convertible sofa.
The sleeping areas in the back each have privacy doors, so you can section them off as desired.
This coach also has heated tile floors, so you can take the chill out on those cold winter mornings.
Outside the coach, you'll find an exterior TV and satellite DISH.
