This coach is in good condition overall. The paint is in very good condition, with just one panel in the rear (driver's side) that has some scratches from use, but nothing major.
A few things need to be fixed inside the coach, and the seller is addressing them as he can.
The screen door into the coach needs to be re-fastened to the outside door.
The settee is peeling and will need to be addressed.
The seller has removed the jackknife sofa, has not replaced it so the new buyer can do what they want with it, sofa or recliners.
The wood trim on the front side of the slide (inside the coach) has some damage. The seller is going to look into getting it fixed.
