This coach appears to be in very good condition inside, with no noticeable wear and tear. The upholstery is in great condition, and the leather seats look great.
The paint outside the coach has faded, but as seen in the photos, it does buff out well, and the seller will continue to work on that.
The decals are fading and peeling but do not affect the use of the coach.
Everything on the unit works as it should, per the seller.

This 2016 Winnebago Sunstar LX 27N is a great coach for traveling the country with family and friends.
At just over 28 feet, it's easy to drive and park and will be allowed in any state park across the country. You'll appreciate the Garmin RV760 GPS system too, it'll keep you from going on roads where you may not fit.
Inside the coach, she is roomy (three slides help with that) and has plenty of storage space inside and out.
The master bedroom is roomy and features a walk-around queen bed (with a large storage area underneath), his and hers wardrobe closets, and plenty of drawer space for your clothes.
The bathroom is large, with a nice walk-in shower, toilet with sprayer, sink, and vanity. There is also a skylight in the shower and a fan in the toilet area.
The kitchen is also roomy and features a stainless steel double kitchen sink, a large Convection Microwave, a 3-burner stovetop and oven, and a refrigerator-freezer.
In the main living area, there is plenty of seating, with a large, convertible dining table that easily seats four adults and two chairs that swivel from the front and become part of the living area. There is also an after-market fireplace that provides ambiance as well as heat for those chilly mornings on the road.
There is a dropdown bed over the cab, so you have plenty of room for sleeping 5-6 people total.
