This is a Bunk-Bed RV with a rear Queen, so you are able to sleep 4 adults in the rear without converting the front for sleep. That makes life simple for a family of 4. It can sleep 2 more in front if you have the need it as room for up to 9 using 3 air mattresses. The Bunk Beds in this RV are larger than most so can accommodate people over 6’ tall. With the Private Bunk area you can entertain while young ones sleep early in a quiet zone. It creates pride of ownership thanks to its excellent condition and apearance. It has 3 large slide-outs offering a very spacious interior at the campsite. It’s much roomier than other RV as the slides open deep and large. In the Bedroom area the slides open apart give the most spacious floorplan you can find in a 34’ RV model. With This RVs modest 34’ Length you can fit in to most any campsite usually without a reservation. With exception to Beachfront or peak summer popular campgrounds, the RV will always find a space to fit on short notice. The Nice Backup camera and Tow Mirrors make it easy to drive. This is a Very Nice & Clean RV! This has near-Flawless Full-Body-Paint, Larger 22.5” Smooth Riding Wheel and tire package with all new Tires. 2006 was a Major redesign for this model and thus this one has the Stronger W24-Chassis with a 24,000 Gross Vehicle Weight rating. That’s a 10% increase in capacity from the prior year’s design. I have included “in the photos” the Original Window sticker that lists every Factory Option on this RV. The Window Sticker shows this Coach commanded a $170,000 price tag (almost $185k out the door new) Watch my Show & Tell HD Video Tour, click on Video button to View!!! Key points about this RV include it has 2 brand New HDTVs (the biggest that will fit) and the TVs can run from the RV Battery power or from its 5500 watt Quiet Generator, Or from its 50 Amp Power Cable in a Campground. It has Dual AC in a Residential Basement Mounted Unit with Heat Pumps and a total of 4 different heating methods. It has a Washer/Dryer Hookup ready for you to stop at the store and pick up a brand new Appliance or I can help you with that. Also the RV was built with a Dining Table and Chairs Configuration but that Furniture can be replace with either a new Table and Chairs or a Dinette. This RV is good to go. If I were going to keep this RV myself I would also install a Banks Power Exhaust System but it’s Fine with what it has for now. This is a very large RV but yet it is very easy to drive, It has great Mirrors and a Full Color Backup Camera that works perfectly Day or Night. The Main Awning is Power Operated. With 3 Super-Slide-outs it opens up like a small House Inside but you can move around freely inside even if the slides are closed because the RV is very well designed and Manufactured by Winnebago under the Upscale Itasca Brand.
