This is a Very Nice & Clean RV! This has near-Flawless Full-Body-Paint, Larger 22.5” Smooth Riding Wheel and tire package with all new Tires. 2006 was a Major redesign for this model and thus this one has the Stronger W24-Chassis with a 24,000 Gross Vehicle Weight rating. That’s a 10% increase in capacity from the prior year’s design. I have included “in the photos” the Original Window sticker that lists every Factory Option on this RV. The Window Sticker shows this Coach commanded a $170,000 price tag (almost $185k out the door new) Watch my Show & Tell HD Video Tour, click on Video button to View!!! Key points about this RV include it has 2 brand New HDTVs (the biggest that will fit) and the TVs can run from the RV Battery power or from its 5500 watt Quiet Generator, Or from its 50 Amp Power Cable in a Campground. It has Dual AC in a Residential Basement Mounted Unit with Heat Pumps and a total of 4 different heating methods. It has a Washer/Dryer Hookup ready for you to stop at the store and pick up a brand new Appliance or I can help you with that. Also the RV was built with a Dining Table and Chairs Configuration but that Furniture can be replace with either a new Table and Chairs or a Dinette. If you want both a Dinette and a Washer Dryer installed that will cost combined about $2500 and is a negotiable item in the price of the rig. I would think you might want to personally select your preference on those features so let me know. I have just completed a very substantial major service on this Coach including: TVs, Tires, Oil Change, Hydraulic System, Generator Systems, Carpet Shampoo, Full Body Wax and Polish, Window Clarity Service work, Auto-Parking Brake Replacement, New Batteries, and the value of service Completed is over $6500 so you should not expect to write any maintenance checks any time soon. This RV is good to go. If I were going to keep this RV myself I would also install a Banks Power Exhaust System but it’s Fine with what it has for now. This is a very large RV but yet it is very easy to drive, It has great Mirrors and a Full Color Backup Camera that works perfectly Day or Night. The Main Awning is Power Operated. With 3 Super-Slide-outs it opens up like a small House Inside but you can move around freely inside even if the slides are closed because the RV is very well designed and Manufactured by Winnebago under the Upscale Itasca Brand. What’s Not Conveyed by the video is that I Really Enjoy Driving this RV as its very stable in Crosswind & rides as smooth as a Cadillac. 2007 Itasca Sunova 35J, Rear King-size Bed!!! Rare! Almost impossible to find a King bed in an RV but this was Factory with room to move around! This RV is Feature Filled Upscale Model RV, Bunk Beds adult length rated up to 350 lbs. Must see to Believe superior condition!! Inside is clean as brand new! Mirror Finish exterior with Body Paint & Graphics in Excellent condition. 4-TVs including 32 LCD HDTV Flat Screen, each bunk bed has its own DVD with flat panel Display. RV Premium Power supply system including 5.5kw Onan Marquis Gold series Generator, Watch TV during quiet time without generator or exterior power thanks to DCtoAC Inverter factory installed with automatic power management system so no plugging in or unplugging of anything. Just turn it on and it works. TVs can operate without Generator and without land based power thanks to the inverter all TVs work off the RV battery and so you can enjoy indoor entertainment systems during quiet time at even the strictest campsites. No need to use the generator for gadgets. RV has very nice Kitchen and Bath. Sleep positions for 8 persons but if you are only a family of 4-6 persons then no need to make the sofa or dinette to a bed. Bunk Beds are dedicated sleep positions and can be isolated via both curtains and wood roller doors for quiet privacy if some have early bed times. Each bunk has its own TV & DVD player. The master suite has that King size bed and it lifts up to reveal storage. Also mirrored Wardrobe Drawers make the master suite feel larger still. From the Privacy of the Rear King you can listen to the dash Stereo from Speakers in the headboard and watch TV on the bedroom TV. Up front the Big 32" TV is mounted with a Home Theater 5.1 Surround sound system that is part of the A-Z top of the line factory upgrade package. Also part of the upgrade this RV has leather Seats and the stronger Workhorse Chassis with Alcoa Aluminum Wheels. All 6 tires are Brand New just installed April 2015 so your safety on the road is assured. Also the Dash Fan upgrade keeps you cooler in the summer and helps defrost the windshield in the winter. This RV has advanced Automatic Leveling system unlike any other with 1-touch Leveling and there are remote control leveling switches located in 3 locations including the drivers seat, Near the right side entry Steps, and On the campground connections panel in the compartment behind the left rear tire.
