The interior of this coach is in pretty decent condition. It appears clean and well kept, although the carpets do appear to need replacing. There are no signs of water intrusion and the owner states that he knows of no leaks. Outside the coach does need some attention. It appears that the slide seals on at least one of the slides (drivers side forward) is dry rotted and needs to be replaced. The main awning is not functioning and clearly needs attention. The awnings over the slides also appear to need to be replaced. Also, note that the driver's side view mirror is damaged and the roof mounted TV antenna is not working.
