The interior and exterior of this 2015 Cedar Creek 38K--Touring Edition--appear to be in great cosmetic condition. I did not observe unusual wear on the RV's underside or detect signs of stains, odors, or leaks within the interior. The owner confirms that all features and included accessories work as they should. This 2015 Cedar Creek 38K Touring Edition! *Although some items have been replaced due to normal wear and tear, please see list of Optional Equipment Installed by Manufacturer in the photos section. The Touring Edition includes full-body paint, Pearl Edition Exterior Package, an automatic six-point level-up stabilization system with remote, and a La-Z-Boy sofa bed! Included with this listing is a washer and dryer in the washer-dryer compartment! The kitchen is both spacious and efficiently laid out. In addition to a double sink in the kitchen island, there is also a convenient dishwasher built into the island. The residential-size fridge/freezer combination includes an icemaker as a helpful addition. The option of using a microwave convection oven or conventional oven attests to the versatility of this RV. A couple of more desirable features on this fifth wheel, or for that matter, any fifth wheel of this size, include a 1000 watt Pure Sine Wave Inverter, LCI Electronic Leveling, and a Surge Guard Voltage Regulator (Model 10175). Two electric swivel rockers were added at a cost of over $1K for each! The living area is more significant than you would imagine with the slides extended. The main bedroom is carpeted, and the king-size bed is accessible from either side. There is plenty of closet space, and the layout affords ample privacy from the bathroom area.
