The interior and exterior of this 2015 Cedar Creek 38K--Touring Edition--appear to be in great cosmetic condition. I did not observe unusual wear on the RV's underside or detect signs of stains, odors, or leaks within the interior. The owner confirms that all features and included accessories work as they should. The Touring Edition includes full-body paint, Pearl Edition Exterior Package, an automatic six-point level-up stabilization system with remote, and a La-Z-Boy sofa bed! Included with this listing is a washer and dryer in the washer-dryer compartment! The kitchen is both spacious and efficiently laid out. In addition to a double sink in the kitchen island, there is also a convenient dishwasher built into the island. The residential-size fridge/freezer combination includes an icemaker as a helpful addition. The option of using a microwave convection oven or conventional oven attests to the versatility of this RV.
