**PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE**SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY** Location of RV is in Tallahassee, FL** 425 hp diesel engine, which runs great and has never had any issues - 10kw generator, runs great - 8 batteries replaced 2013 - large rolling bay storage areas - new satellite dish - updated 2 TV's to flat screens - updated carpet - updated kitchen faucet - large bathroom - large slide out living room/kitchen. Some minor ceiling stains from prior roof leaks, but roof has been completely sealed. Dash air and inverter are not working. Refrigerator cooling unit is out - we are currently in process of looking at replacing cooling unit and/or entire refrigerator. Will adjust price if interested before work is done. Refrigerator repair estimate is $2k. Current loan is still in place with $68k owed - asking price is only $58,000 (negotiable) - no issue with getting clear title.
