**PRICE IS NEGOTIABLE**SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY** Location of RV is in Tallahassee, FL** 425 hp diesel engine, which runs great and has never had any issues - 10kw generator, runs great - 8 batteries replaced 2013 - large rolling bay storage areas - new satellite dish - updated 2 TV's to flat screens - updated carpet - updated kitchen faucet - large bathroom - large slide out living room/kitchen. Some minor ceiling stains from prior roof leaks, but roof has been completely sealed. Dash air and inverter are not working. Refrigerator cooling unit is out - we are currently in process of looking at replacing cooling unit and/or entire refrigerator. Will adjust price if interested before work is done. Refrigerator repair estimate is $2k. Current loan is still in place with $68k owed - asking price is only $58,000 (negotiable) - no issue with getting clear title. We currently stay in the RV during football home game weekends and can show the RV when we are in town. May also be able to show at other times if given prior notice.
