Extremely nice 1990 Beaver Contessa 36' for sale. I am the second owner of this coach. I have owned it since October 2013. Original owners are friends of mine and live close by. Coach has been kept indoors in climate controlled warehouse since purchased in 1990. Coach runs extremely well. Carpet and upholstery were updated just prior to me buying in 2013. Updates I've made include in-motion satellite with updated TV's. Last year I just installed a new rear A/C. All coach and starting batteries are all fairly new. I put new Michelin tires on when I purchased in 2013. I installed new HID lights all around as well as LED driving and fog lights. Generator runs well with no issues. Recently had one of the rear leveling legs rebuilt and reinstalled. This is a very nice coach that has been well taken care of. Woodwork throughout coach is amazing. This coach is built on a Gillig chassis and has a Cat 3208 engine.

Construction features all aluminum superstructure built on a Magnum chassis with a Cummings 370 ISL turbo producing 1200 lbs-ft of torque. Easily carries a 5000 lbs tow rating (great motorhome for flat towing tha theavy SUV). 8 Air bag suspension allowing the most stable handling available on the market, one piece fiberglass roof, insulated underbelly and heated basement. The exterior is to the highest standard in finish (and rare even in high end motorhomes) feautres a durable 2 stage urethane applied to laminated gel caoted siidewalls giving this a deep high gloss finish. Also this motorhome sports 2 central ducted air conditioners and an auqa hot instantaneous hot water system. It has a 50 Amp service and comes with all the connections to step down 30 depending on your site ammenities.
