Construction features all aluminum superstructure built on a Magnum chassis with a Cummings 370 ISL turbo producing 1200 lbs-ft of torque. Easily carries a 5000 lbs tow rating (great motorhome for flat towing tha theavy SUV). 8 Air bag suspension allowing the most stable handling available on the market, one piece fiberglass roof, insulated underbelly and heated basement. The exterior is to the highest standard in finish (and rare even in high end motorhomes) feautres a durable 2 stage urethane applied to laminated gel caoted siidewalls giving this a deep high gloss finish. This motorhome also features 2 slideouts. One in the kitchen and one in the bedroom. Each window has a retratable awning and the main awning is electric with wind protection slilde back featured. The interior is top of the line. It comes with a tile floor in the kitchen, Walnut cabinets, and solid surface counter tops. It also comes with a washer/dryer combo as well as a refrigerator/freezer combo that runs on electriic or LP. Coach comes with a 2000 Watt solar inverter system for charging the coach batteries if your not hooked up to shore power. Also this motorhome sports 2 central ducted air conditioners and an auqa hot instantaneous hot water system. It has a 50 Amp service and comes with all the connections to step down 30 depending on your site ammenities. It also comes with 2 27" TVs, Dish Network mobile satellite, CD/DVD/MP3/VHS players, and surround sound system. Smoke-free, pet-free, and well taken care of. Includes 2 slides; livingroom and bedroom which gives more room once parked yet everything is still accessible when closed for traveling. Large power armless awning with wind sensor that will close it automatically if it gets too windy. The driver and passenger seats are the softest leather and so is the unique, curved love seat. There is also a jackknife sofa for extra sleeping. Both sofas have a large storage drawer underneath. Carpet in the living area and bedroom, tile in kitchen and the bath area. Venetian blinds in the main area and then daylight/nighttime shades in the bedroom. New mattress in the bedroom. Rare dinette in the kitchen that can transform into another sleeping area if desired. We moved the booths back to give more space while eating. New queen-size mattress in the bedroom. Aquahot hot water/heating system so you never run out of hot water. Take a shower in the large glass-enclosed shower for as long as you like! The system was replaced a couple years ago and keeps the place warm and cozy even in cold weather. 2 rooftop AC units that were replaced in 2014. There is a Splendide washer/dryer combo as a wonderful convenience. Large closet in the bedroom. Newer HD tvs in both the livingroom and bedroom with autoseek satellite dish.
