The overall condition of the 2021 Valor 40V13 is very good. The exterior was found to be clean and free of any scratches or cracks. The interior was found to be in very good condition. The upholstery did not show rips, tears, or stains. The tires were found to be in very good condition with plenty of tread and no sidewall cracking. (DOT 4120) Stock #397979 2021 Valor 40V13 TOY HAULER! LOADED WITH OPTIONS. READY FOR THE ROAD. This very lightly used 2021 Valor 40V13 fifth-wheel toy hauler is a great multifunctional RV. You'll find sleeping arrangements for up to 9, a living space to relax in and entertain in, and a full kitchen. The garage will transform into a sleeping area or an additional "hang out" area. The patio with an awning creates even more space for relaxing. The Valor 40V13 also is equipped with a generator and solar panel with battery charging functionality. The Valor 40V13 has two side entry doors. One has pull-out manual steps into the garage, and the other has solid steps that pull out to provide a safe and solid entry point. The living area features a pair of sofas. One sofa opens to provide a bed, while the other sofa has three footrests. The end footrests are electric. This 2021 Valor is in great condition! The owners have probably taken it out about 15 times since purchasing it as the first owners. The Vegas heat has discolored the counter tops, so we have made the decision to replace them with a lovey gray color. Johnny Walker has all of the maintenance records, and the tires and batteries are originals from July 2021. When they purchased this unit, they replaced the stock hitch with an upgraded Gen-Y Executive hitch, and they love the improved smooth ride. They have never loaded a full-size toy in the garage, only two (2) 90-cc quads for the kids, and only once. This Valor has a total of three AC, a total of four TVs, and also has an on-board 5500-watt Onan generator with auto start/stop. Stock #368641 Excellent condition! Tons of storage! Beautiful interior! This 2021 Valor Fifth Wheel is the perfect home on wheels! It's great for road trips with friends and family and, all in all, any vacation you might want to take! This Valor comes with a residential fridge/freezer and a 4-burner stove and oven. This trailer is solar installed from the factory. Alliance is replacing the discolored counter tops with gray. As you enter from the side door closest to the hitch, you find a lovely living space with a pull-out couch and a regular lounging couch. There is a 50" flat-screen TV mounted above the fireplace with Bluetooth and aux hookup. The kitchen comes with just about anything you need: a 4-burner stovetop and oven, a full-sized fridge and freezer, a single kitchen sink with a drying rack, and a convectional microwave and hoodfan. The kitchen offers plenty of cabinets, drawers, and a panty for all of your traveling needs. As you head towards the bedroom, you have your control center, which allows you to put out the awnings, slides, and more! As far as the exterior of the Valor, you just couldn't ask for more! It is equipped with three slide-outs and two awnings that cover the whole entry side. There is plenty of compartment storage space, two tanks of propane, and an exterior shower. The sellers just love the 32" flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and cabinet space. The solar package from VALOR is called SOLAR PLUS, and it is said to be very functional, easy to use, and produces 640 watts of power. Our sellers have done some tasteful and attractive customizing in the kitchen area. They removed some of the traditional cabinets for the kitchen island and cabinetry under the stovetop and replaced it with open shelving. The shelving is made super sturdy by employing threaded pipe with shelving attached. See pics. There are three A/C units that produce 40,500 BTU of cooling power. ALLIANCE RV, the parent company, claims to produce the best HVAC system on the market. The garage is accessed via a rear side door and rear ramp. The garage length is 11', the width is approximately 8'4" and the height is approximately 7'. The rear ramp door also doubles as a roomy porch. There are dual 30-gallon fuel tanks onboard. This 2021 Valor is in great condition! The owners have probably taken it out about 15 times since purchasing it as the first owners. The Vegas heat has discolored the counter tops, so we have made the decision to replace them with a lovey gray color. Johnny Walker has all of the maintenance records, and the tires and batteries are originals from July 2021. When they purchased this unit, they replaced the stock hitch with an upgraded Gen-Y Executive hitch, and they love the improved smooth ride. They have never loaded a full-size toy in the garage, only two (2) 90-cc quads for the kids, and only once. This Valor has a total of three AC, a total of four TVs, and also has an on-board 5500-watt Onan generator with auto start/stop. Stock #368641 Excellent condition! Tons of storage! Beautiful interior! This 2021 Valor Fifth Wheel is the perfect home on wheels! It's great for road trips with friends and family and, all in all, any vacation you might want to take! As you enter from the side door closest to the hitch, you find a lovely living space with a pull-out couch and a regular lounging couch. There is a 50" flat-screen TV mounted above the fireplace with Bluetooth and aux hookup. The kitchen comes with just about anything you need: a 4-burner stovetop and oven, a full-sized fridge and freezer, a single kitchen sink with a drying rack, and a convectional microwave and hoodfan. The kitchen offers plenty of cabinets, drawers, and a panty for all of your traveling needs. As you head towards the bedroom, you have your control center, which allows you to put out the awnings, slides, and more! The bathroom is next and provides you with a toilet, a single sink, cabinet space, and a walk-in shower. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a 32' flat-screen TV, an AC unit, windows, and lots of closet space as well. The barn-style doors also give you easy access to the bathroom. To the rear of the fifth wheel, you'll see a nice and cozy overhead bed, a 32' flat-screen TV, another AC unit, and drop-down couches that convert to full-sized beds as well. As far as the exterior of the Valor, you just couldn't ask for more! It is equipped with three slide-outs and two awnings that cover the whole entry side. There is plenty of compartment storage space, two tanks of propane, and an exterior shower. The sellers just love the 32" flat-screen TV, mini fridge, and cabinet space. Reason for selling is moving on.
