The overall condition of the 2021 Valor 40V13 is very good.
The exterior was found to be clean and free of any scratches or cracks.
The interior was found to be in very good condition. The upholstery did not show rips, tears, or stains.
The tires were found to be in very good condition with plenty of tread and no sidewall cracking. (DOT 4120)

The 2021 Alliance Valor 40V13 is the ultimate toy hauler for your next adventure!
This very lightly used 2021 Valor 40V13 fifth-wheel toy hauler is a great multifunctional RV. You'll find sleeping arrangements for up to 9, a living space to relax in and entertain in, and a full kitchen.
The Valor 40V13 is perfectly set up for full-time living or off-grid exploring, with all the power and space you'll need. Room for the whole family AND your ATVs, motorcycles, dirt bikes, golf carts or snowmobiles.
The toy hauler has two side entry doors. One has pull-out manual steps leading into the garage, and the other has solid steps that pull out to provide a safe and solid entry point into the living area.
You'll find sleeping arrangements for up to 9, a comfortable, spacious living area for relaxing and entertaining inside and even more entertaining space on the patio deck/ramp in the back, as well as multiple dining areas, a kitchen fit for a serious chef and a spacious king master suite with a gigantic closet, a residential-sized shower AND even an extra bath in the garage!
The garage will transform into a sleeping area or an additional "hang out" area. The patio with an awning creates even more space for relaxing. The Valor 40V13 also is equipped with a generator and solar panel with battery charging functionality and a lithium battery.
The living area features a pair of sofas. One sofa opens to provide a bed, while the other sofa has three footrests. The end footrests are electric. There is overhead cabinet storage above both sofas.
The sofas are positioned so that the TV in the entertainment center can be viewed easily.
The entertainment center also contains cabinet storage at the top, a stereo, and a fireplace.
The U-shaped kitchen contains a large kitchen sink with a pull-out sprayer faucet, a microwave, an exhaust fan, a stove, an oven, and a refrigerator/freezer.
The kitchen has plenty of drawer and cabinet storage, including a pantry.
A pull-up counter extension provides extended countertop space. When combined with the kitchen stools it can be used a sitting space to enjoy a meal or snack.
Between the kitchen and the garage, there is a loft with a ladder.
Moving towards the front of the 40V13, you'll find the En Suite bathroom with an entry door from the hallway or from the master bedroom.
The bathroom has a sink with vanity, a medicine cabinet, a MaxAir ceiling fan, a toilet, and a spacious shower with a skylight and fold-up shower seat.
The master bedroom features a King bed with storage beneath.
Running alongside the front of the Valor is a large hanging closet that is prepped for a washer/dryer.
Facing the bed is a wall-mounted TV and additional drawer storage.
A smoked glass door separates the living space from the garage.
Inside the garage, you'll find storage cabinets and a center-mounted TV that can be easily viewed from the Roll-Over sofas or bunks.
There is an additional washer/dryer prep should you choose locate them in the garage.
A private bathroom contains a toilet, sink, mirror, and ceiling fan.
The power bunks can be lowered and converted into sofas complete with a table.
The patio/ramp comes complete with fencing, detachable steps, and a patio awning, creating a great space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
The Valor 40V13 exterior features an entertainment center with a TV, speakers, mini refrigerator, and shelving.
There are also self-leveling jacks and a tripod stabilizer.
The owner also purchased the Platinum Ultimate Plus a $3000 add-on. It includes exterior protection Diamond ceramic clear coat protecting from weather and environmental damage such as tree sap, UV sun damage, ocean spray, road salt, insect damage and more.
