This is a 2010 DRV Mobile Suites.  This is not the standard run of the mill assembly line coach, we ordered this coach with a LOT of bells and whistles, prob too many to mention here, but I'll try.  I don't feel the need to duplicate everyelse's wording on the dependability of this coach.  It has everything, It's still beautiful, inside and out, and has been kept meticulously maintained, washed regularly and has been kept waxed twice a year.  We practically made this an Elite Suite, less a few "heavy" options.  In addittion to Drv's quality, I've just replaced both A/C units, both are 15,000 BTU with a heat pump in the rear living area and upgraded the thermostat.  The interior color scheme is maple finish wood and olive/plum fabric, shoes have never touched the carpeting in this coach, it has always been covered, and there have never been any pets or children inside.  In the kitchen area, we opted for the complete four burner stove as well as the convection microwave, which has never been used.  This coach features the 4 door fridge with water and ice dispenser in the door.  There is a king size bed, cedar lined closet, washer and dryer as well.  every slide out has a brand new slide topper on it and the patio awning has just been replaced with an acrylic awning, as well as the window awning over the dinette/living area.  I've added a blue flame heater in the hall area so as not to use so much propane with the furnace, and works beautifully, that lttle heater will run you out.  All faucets have been retrofitted to household grade, the shower faucet was replumbed when new with a new moen house sigle lever faucet and a real shower head.  There is a 19" TV with a DVD player in the bedroom, the living room featurea the large 48" Sony Bravia TV and and Sony surround sound system.  We've added a deep freeze to the "basement" storage area to store extra food.  We opted for the larger 8KW diesel generator and there is onboard fuel storage with a gauge for monitoring.  I also had propane outlets plumbed at the front under the neck for ease of connecting cooking appliances, such as grills, griddles, etc. This coach also has the self seeking satelite dish, all you need is a direct tv account andd your watching TV.  This has truly been a spectacular coach and there are many more small additions as well, such as a water softner, water hose reel, storage box under the coach for chairs, tables, etc.  Just call if you think you be interested: (256) 557-9228 or (256) 557-9226.
