We bought this 5th wheel in Nov 2015. We absolutely love it and really don't have a bad thing to say about it. We are looking at buying a class A. The size of our family makes it uncomfortable to travel in my truck for long distances so it's just time for something new. The electric fireplace will heat the entire trailer without the furnace and the ceiling fan helps to circulate air very well. We added a swivel mount to the living room TV to make it more comfortable to watch TV from the couch. Purchase includes the TV in the bedroom, living room, and bunkhouse. The battery and all 4 tires (plus spare) are like new with very little wear on them. We have the trailer financed through USAA Federal Savings Bank so payment will be direct to them and they will send you, or your bank, the title at the time of purchase. NADA lists it between $50,673 and $30,650 so we feel this is a pretty fair price. The following is a description from a retail website as I'm sure it'll describe the trailer much better than I could. I'd be wiling to deliver it, depending on the distance, for a minimal fee to be negotiated prior to purchase. Triple slides create an open spacious feel in this Sundance fifth wheel model 3300CK. Notice the convenient entry closet just inside the door. Head up the steps to the right and find a corner linen cabinet on the right and side aisle bath on the left. The bath offers an angled shower, toilet and sink with a medicine cabinet above. The front private bedroom features a queen bed slide out, a full front wardrobe with sliding doors including a corner closet that has been prepped for a washer and dryer. A dresser along the opposite wall of the bed features plenty of storage for your things. A combined kitchen and living space feature a single large slide out sofa with storage above and booth dinette for dining at. A nearby entertainment center can easily be seen from any seating in the room. To the left of the entry door find all the kitchen amenities like a double sink, three burner range, overhead storage and microwave oven, refrigerator, and pantry storage. The rear offers a private bunkhouse with slide out bunks on the right featuring a trundle bed beneath. On the left side there is an entertainment center and storage with ladder including a bunk above. A storage wardrobe on one end for clothing can also be found. Beneath the bunk on the left enjoy an outdoor camp kitchen on the exterior. This is a great feature for those who love to cook and dine outside. There is a refrigerator, counter extension, single sink, and microwave oven, plus so much more.
