This coach is in very good condition for the age and everything works on it as it should per the seller.
The exterior paint is in very good condition, with some areas having scratches, as would be expected from a coach of this age.
Inside, all furniture is in very good condition with little or no signs of wear, and the flooring is also in very good condition.
The cabinets are in good condition, but do have some scuffing from use over the years, but they can be cleaned up if desired.
Of course, we always recommend that buyers inspect the unit or have it independently surveyed to confirm its condition before purchase.

The rear bedroom features a king-sized bed and lots of storage space. It also has a TV, and the washer and dryer are behind closet doors. The shower is a large walk-in shower, and there is lots of room in the sink and vanity area. You must see this one to understand how nicely it's laid out!
This coach also features a 2000-Watt Inverter and an Onan QD 8000 generator with about 433 hours on it.
