Large electric awning, Pull out under carriage storage units.Current odometer reading 21K Mi, Odometer was replaced at 15K miles Due to Factory repair.HVAC tested in November 2016, works great.Was serviced by: Springs Auto & Truck Service Center in Colorado Springs.Current problems: Water Heater and Plumbing need attention. Pipes burst one year when RV was not winterised. Slideout motor need replacement. (Priced low due to those issue). Beautiful 40' Alfa See Ya for sale in great condition. The 8' ceilings were a blessing for my husband who is over 6' tall.  Gorgeous real oak cabinets and trim throughout the coach, with lots of storage space, buiilt in hamper, Spendide washer/dryer system, huge pantry, map board, and much, much more.  Selling due to illness preventing any further travel.This RV can be used three ways (boon docking, 30 amp, or 50 amp).Low miles on engine, low hours on generator, new commercial refrigerator/freezer, new slide seals, new computer board for furnace/heat pump, new roof A/C in front compartment. Also has hydraulic leveling jacks, backup camera, air ride suspension, etc.Indoor comforts include a built-in desk between living room and dining area; corrian counters and sinks; elongated high toilet stool; bedroom has lots of closet and drawer space; power awning over main chassis and manual awnings over the entrance door; the living/dining windows; and the bedroom window.  Two flatscreen tvs, one in the LR over the cockpit and one in the rear bedroom.  There are also hookups for a galley TV and underneath for an outside entertainment area.There are many more amenities that must be seen to appreciate.
