This motorhome is in Casa Grande, Arizona. It is a well cared for coach with many cabinety upgrades including TV and electronics (except CD player and SIRIUS) removed from above windshield and replaced with storage cabinets. 40" TV with custom cabinetry and remote operated power lift installed in the driver side slide. There is a Winegard Traveler self-depoying dish on the roof which is configured for DISH Network and a rooftop air conditioner is installed just behind the captain's chairs near the front. Kitchen table replaced with custom laptop/tablet pull-out work survaces (2) and additional storage drawers. Identical drawer/laptop stacks separated by Davis Cabinets push-in/pull-out CORIAN surfaced table supported by adjacent cabinety and a single leg. Very stable. CORIAN table top material covers the adjacent cabinets and ellegantly complements the nearby kitchen unit counter top. Ekornes leather covered recliners (2) are place opposite the TV cabinet and adjacent to the kitchen cabinet unit. In the kitchen the Norcold double door refrigerator was recently replaced with a residential Samsung cabinet depth rerfrigerater which has French doors and a freezer drawer below. This floor plan features a walk-thru closet aft of the dining area and in the full-wall slide. It features his and hers hanger closets and drawers plus additional shared drawers and a shelved cabinet. The bathroom is opposite the walk-thru closet. The ample shower stall and kitchen pantry are installed in the center between the closet and bath. The bedroom features a California King bed with a slide-out on each side that creates walk-beside access to each side of the bed which has a Sleep Numper mattress on it. As with nearly all Alfa motorhoms this coach has 7' ceilings and lots of glass for a light and airy cabin. The 330 HP Mercedes diesel is a very good performer. It's torque curve is improved over the similar CAT engine and has provided 9 1/2 to 10 1/2 miles per gallon fuel economy under most normal driving conditions with a towed car. Engine compartment has an installed fire extinquisher and there is an anti-freeze resevoir with a 12 volt pump in the rear compartment to easilly service the cooling system should that become a necessity. Tires were replaced with Michelins 3 years ago. Batteries were replaced 4 years ago. Jacks are automatically self-leveling and in good working order. All 4 jacks were replaced within the past 3 years. LED tail lights were added at the rear in an elevated position and provide much better signaling to following drivers. Headlights were replaced three years ago. MCD wheel covers are included. And, there are black sun blocking screens for the windshield and front side windows which are also included. A JoeyBed was installed in the front basement and there are large slide-out storage drawers in the rear basement which also includes a 110vac/12vdc auxillary refrigerater/freezer.
