Details: 2006 Georgetown 319 triple slide Motor Home. NADA book value is $60,000. This is in excellent condition and has many, many extras. Absolutely ready to use. No repairs, upgrades or changes needed for anything. No Exceptions. This home has been regularly hand washed, waxed and covered. I've hand waxed it all over with MeQuiar's paste wax every year and hand waxed the front two times every year. It has had regular 3000 mile or 6 month oil changes and lubes as well as 12,000 mile transmission fluid and brake fluid changes. Tires are rotated at 5000 miles. Generator oil and air filter gets changed every 50 hours. (The tires on the home are only about 7000 miles old.)
