This is a 42 foot long 2022 Sandpiper 3440BH 5th wheel made by Forest River.

Everything works and has been meticulously cared for. Nothing wrong with it, was bought brand new and has been used for the past 3 years. It is a fantastic camper. The only reason for selling is we are moving on to different things and will no longer be using it.
This is one of the best setups you can buy, if you are looking for a camper that sleeps lots of people comfortably. Easily sleeps 6 and can sleep 10, also has 2 bathrooms. Has 3 slides so there is lots of room inside. Please note the mattress pads shown in the photos are not included.
If you are very interested in purchasing please read everything below. Any issues/flaws will be noted.
Below is a detailed summary of the whole camper.
First up is the front room & bathroom/master bedroom.
Large bedroom with queen bed & TV - Lots of storage space, bed lifts up for even more storage - 1 AC positioned above the bed - Bathroom & bedroom connected - Large shower & ample space in bathroom - 10 gallon hot water heater provides plenty of hot water.
Next up is the living area.
Control panel when you first walk in to manage everything (slides, awning, some lights, hot water, grey & black gauge, battery gauge, fresh water gauge, water pump & heated holding tanks) - Large light up pantry - Counter & cupboards next to pantry - Island with fold out counter & large stainless steel sink - Awesome electric fridge, tons of space inside - Solar panels on the roof keep the batteries charging so you can run the fridge while traveling - 3 burner stove with glass cover & oven underneath - Oven has only been used a few times (it’s a little small & stuff takes a long time to cook) - Full size microwave - Lots of cupboards and storage in the living area - 50 inch TV with DVD/CD player & sound bar - Please note the TV has never connected to the camper speakers, have messed with it but to no avail. The TV speakers work but are not the best. With the AC on it can be hard to hear the TV - Electric fireplace under TV, works great to add a little warmth on a cold morning - Comfortable sofa that coverts to a bed - Dinette that seats 4 and can convert to a bed - Had new high quality foam put in the dinette cushions - Storage under both dinette benches - AC above. Duct work connects both AC’s & has vents in the back bedroom & both bathrooms - Ceiling fan with multiple speeds - High ceilings make the living area feel very roomy - Very good lighting in the whole camper & especially the living room - One issue to note. Small rip in the flooring, has been glued down & is barely noticeable.
Now it’s time for the back bedroom/bunkhouse.
Bottom bed is 60x74 and lifts up to access an outside storage compartment - Large closet & 4 drawers next to bottom bed - Top bed is 54x74 & has a cupboard at the front - Both beds sleep 2 comfortably - bathroom with toilet, sink, & medicine cabinet (sorry the pictures aren’t better, I can’t put the steps down right now because of where it’s parked)
And finally the last bit, the exterior & camper specs.
42 feet 4 inches is the total length - 13 feet 4 inches is the height - 96 inches is the width - GVWR is 13,841 pounds - 50amp plug in - Tank sizes, Fresh water 50 gallons, grey 156 gallons, & black 52 gallons - There are separate grey & black tanks for both bathrooms - Both black tanks have a hose connection so you can rinse them out - After every trip the black tanks have been rinsed until clean water comes out - After market springs have been added to axels to provide additional support - Nice size electric awning in excellent condition - Large pass through storage in the front - Jack controls & solar controls are located in the pass through storage - 4 electric jacks with manual & auto level - Would recommend having jacks reset every year (Since they are electric they can get glitchy when they have not been reset and calibrated in a while) - Large compartment behind the hitch with 2 batteries stored inside - Side compartment that goes underneath the back bedroom - Side compartment with mini fridge (please note the fridge sits low in the compartment so the door catches when you open it) - Sturdy steps for both doors - Front has been washed after every trip to remove stuck on bugs - Decals/paint are in excellent condition, a few minor chips on the front - All lights in excellent working order - Trailer brakes in excellent working order - Wheel bearings have been packed every year since new - Spare tire has never been used - Power cord & all sewer hoses included - BMW 5th wheel slide hitch included with purchase.
This camper has so many options! Must see to fully appreciate!
