THIS IS A GREAT DEAL FOR SOMEONE LOOKING FOR A NEW TOP OF THE LINE CAMPER. 2016 Rockwood A214HW A Frame Pop-up with Hard sides No canvas. Like New - Went camping for 2-nights locally to try it out. Turned out to be perfect. It sleeps 3- Queen bed with heated mattress and the dinette table can fold down to a twin size. Came home to unfortunate news that I will NOT be able to use it in the future. So Regrettably, I have to sell it. Only owned about 3-weeks. Gross Vehicle Weight 3,382. UNIT IS SPOTLESS. Power Roof/Front Dormer/Enclosed Commode and shower with Door not just a panel. All the normal appliances as other campers. 3-burner stove top/refrigerator/microwave/am/fm radio w/cd player. Cable hook-up/Solar ready/gas grill to attach to outside along with a work shelf. Outside shower/outside nite lites. So much to mention - If interested I can e-mail you pictures and more info. 2014 Forest River Cedar Creek Fifth Wheel 38CK, Due to recent divorce,I am selling my 2014 Cedar Creek 38CK fifth wheel. It has been on a permanent site at Lake Hickory RV resort since purchase. You can leave it here or I can have it ready to roll very easily. It comes with a 46" flat screen and a Jensen CD/DVD/MP3 receiver with Dolby sound in the living room. There are also two La-Z-Boy rocker recliners. The kitchen area has a full size Kitchen Aid side by side refrigerator with ice maker and a microwave with convection cooking. The counters are granite. Unit has central vacuum system. There are a separate washer and dryer in the hall leading to the bedroom. The bedroom has a 27" flat screen with a Serta Perfect Sleeper by Trump king size bed and ample closet space. The exterior has three slides, slide toppers with metal covers and an 18' awning. Outdoor speakers and cable hook-up are near the door. It has upgraded frameless windows. There are two A/C units. A 15,000 btu in the living area and a 13,500 btu in the bedroom. Hot water comes from a 12 gallon gas/electric water heater. This unit uses the six point hydrolic Level Up (TM) system. Purchased in December of 2013 for $89,000. NADA value on this unit is over $78,000. There is a small dent in the left side skirt so I am asking only $72,500. This a good price for a fifth wheel of this quality. If you know fifth wheels, you know that Cedar Creeks are well worth it. $72,500.00
