This 2017 Forest River Sunseeker 3170DS has been well maintained, with maintenance up to date except for a Spring oil change and bath.
The coach has a new patio awning and is sitting on newer tires with date codes of 1721.
The plumbing and water systems were winterized during the on-site visit and showed no visual signs of concern. The same can be said for the roof, windows, and seals, with no signs of leaks, punctures, etc.
The engine and generator ran as expected and have not had any issues per the seller.
There are minor signs of use both inside and out, mostly in high-traffic areas, and limited mostly to scratches and other types of things, not dents, rips, or tears.
If you're looking for a family-friendly, larger Class C with a long history and active online user groups, this Sunseeker is right up your alley!

This 2017 Forest River Sunseeker 3170DS will surely have buyers dreaming of the open road!
At just over 32 feet, it's one of the bigger Sunseekers made for this model year. The coach is built on a Ford E450 chassis, and the 6.8L V-10 gas motor provides the power.
The roomy interior has a front living space with a convertible sofa and dinette on opposite sides behind the driver's cabin.
There is plenty of storage space throughout the coach, with the main bedroom at the rear and bunk beds in the hall across from the full bath. There is even a dedicated entertainment center for the bunks!!
Not to be left out, the main TV is on a swivel bracket and can be used when in the cab-over full-size bed.
The coach has new fabric on the large patio awning. It also has the optional slide toppers for additional protection.
There is ample outdoor storage, and with a towing capacity of 7,500 lbs., it can tow whatever you might need to bring along.
