This 2017 Forest River Sunseeker 3170DS has been well maintained, with maintenance up to date except for a Spring oil change and bath. The coach has a new patio awning and is sitting on newer tires with date codes of 1721. The plumbing and water systems were winterized during the on-site visit and showed no visual signs of concern. The same can be said for the roof, windows, and seals, with no signs of leaks, punctures, etc. The engine and generator ran as expected and have not had any issues per the seller. There are minor signs of use both inside and out, mostly in high-traffic areas, and limited mostly to scratches and other types of things, not dents, rips, or tears.
