Introducing a new line of Woodland Parks to the FAME RV lot, This is the Signature Series, which features 10in. I beam constructed frame, Thermal-paned windows, R-22 insulation in the ceiling and floors, and R-11 in the walls. These units are unit with 3/4 plywood sheeted flooring with 2x6 construction. These units have great features like, extended height in the 39" glass enclosed shower, that gives it 6' 6" head room in the shower, 6" bump-out in the master bedroom, that gives more room at the foot of the bed for movement and access into the lighted Jack and Jill closets. Pocket doors in the bathroom and bedroom increase the space and maneuverability in the unit. Another great feature throughout this unit is the soft closing drawers and cabinet doors!! No more pinched fingers in doors or drawers! The kitchen features full size, stainless appliances including Stove, refrigerator, and microwave. This stock unit has cabinets finished in a Cherry finish, which brings a great look to the unit, along with the PVC flooring that goes throughout the unit. This model comes with a higher kitchen table and four full size chairs, along with a high-line household chair, and a couch that also includes a hide-a-bed.
