This unit is really in great condition and very well maintained. All items are functioning as intended per seller. The unit is set up to tow a vehicle. Has 2 queen size beds. Outside TV! This 2012 Sightseer has some great features, a three-burner range top, a microwave/convection oven with a vented range hood. Pull out pantry gives you plenty of storage for food and ample refrigerator space. Beautiful cabinets and Corian countertops making plenty of room for food prep. A 42" TV in the living space is perfect! Both AC units are heat pumps. In-dash workstation, comfortable sleeper sofa for plenty of sleeping quarters. It is a Ford F53 Chassis 362 hp 6.8L Super Duty V10, which gives all the power needed to make the trips of your dream. Seller has replaced the front two tire as of 10-23 Reason for selling is decided to quit traveling.
