RV was bought in Dallas off the show room floor. We made an awesome family trip across some of the west cost before planting roots in San Diego. We are looking to find our beautiful RV a new home as we look for the same thing. We are NON-SMOKERS and have a dog for a traveling compainion. There have been some small modifications done to make it work better for our family. We removed the couch from the living room and installed a custom day bed that allows for more in-house storage and a perfect sitting/lounging/sleeping area. The master closet has been modified for hanging clothes all the way across it. We removed the 13" tv and two drawers and added a full length hanging rod and installed custom curtains to cover the closet. In the kitchen, we installed a peel and stick back splash from the entry door to the refrigerator. We have hung a curtain rod with 4 panels of curtains across the cab, just behind the seats, to create privacy for the bunk sleep and to control a little bit of the environmental extremes. I have installed an additional Fantastic fan in the full bathroom to help more air through the RV. This coach has 3 slide outs sleeps 8 easily. I upgraded the TV to HD had coach rewired for that. Antenna still works. Upgraded hitch to 10,000lbs. Reinforced the chassis for weight. Comes with cover. Has 1800 watt Inverter. Has 2 AC units. Leather interior. 1-1/2 bath for the kids. Biggest water storage for gas coach at 99 gallons fresh, 2 45 gallon grey tanks 2 40 gallon black tanks. Generator is ONAN 5500 runs off matching 80 gallon gas tank only 91 octane used. Only has 3940 miles on it comes with 2600 from manufacture for delivery. My youngest son become very ill that's the only reason selling. Haven't had any issues with coach clean title basically brand new have the coach washed monthly and then recovered.
