1997 Winnebago Rialta based on the Volkswagen Eurovan chassy with a VR6, 12 valve V6 motor. 96,000 miles. Asking $25000. It has a 2 burner stove, 3 way refrigerator, toilet, shower, bathroom sink, kitchen sink and microwave. There is an Onan generator that runs well, but we never used it, because the new coach batteries last so long. The Rialta is easy to drive and maneuvers just like a mini van. Seats 8 with seat belts. Sleeps 4 people. We purchased this Rialta 2.5 years ago and we are the 3rd owner. The previous owner painted the motorhome silver. The Rialta is a very popular RV with a cult following. It took us on many adventures and now we are now looking to upgrade to a larger RV. http://www.rialtainfo.com I like to take care of my vehicles and here is a list of the many upgrades and parts I replaced in the last 2 years: New 2x 6V Trojan coach batteries. 150W inverter. New Interstate battery in engine bay. New wheel bearings x4. New brakes pads and rotors x4. New air conditioning condenser and pump. New fan belt. Oil was last changed at 95,0000 miles in July. This is a very nice, clean unit, kept in a garage for the five+ years we have owned it (except when traveling). The upholstery and flooring are in excellent condition. It was repainted in 2016, with fresh, new decals, so there are no faded, curling decals on this one. Complete records have been kept for every fuel fill, oil change, repair and tire change. Averages 17-18 miles per gallon. There is a table in the back, between the two dinette seats, which stores in the wall. The two dinette seats make one bed when folded down. There is also a table in the front, which stores just behind the front passenger seat. The front seats swivel toward the back to provide more seating. This has the standard Rialta bathroom, which easily extends to make it large enough to use. Remove a floor piece to take a shower or wash up at the drop-down sink. Transmission was replaced in 2013 by a certified VW dealership. Two custom cabinets were added, which greatly increase storage for small items. See pictures. A custom drawer was also built, located below the sink, next to the floor. The blinds are all in good shape and work well. It is very easy and comfortable to drive, maneuver, and park. It has a 3-way fridge which runs on electricity, propane or battery, which is great when traveling. Another great feature: the engine heats water while driving, so when you stop, you have hot water. I am selling my darling Lola to travel the world by plane instead of by RV now! I have owned her since February 22, 2016 and before me she had very old owners that took excellent care of her. She is in great shape. She has a new starter, battery, her spark plugs and tubing has all been replaced, her engine had a major rehaul this year! I have all the paperwork on her from the previous owners & from the the time I have owned her.Things to note about her:- Her floors are ripped up, I had planned on putting in new flooring (it was carpet when I got it). You can look it as not having to rip up the flooring yourself or not having to pay someone to do it.- She needs a new distributor. She runs fine, but she can sometimes jump when going high speeds and this is because she needs a new distributor. I also never got a chance to get this fixed.- She has an upgraded bluetooth/pandora/cd player, but I disconnected it and never re-connected it.She is in excellent condition inside as well. She was very well loved and cared for. She has a table in the back that seats 4. It also folds down to make a bed. There used to be 2 seats behind the drivers & passenger's seat. I took out the one behind the passenger. It made it soooo much bigger! The fridge, stove, microwave, sinks, toilet, showers all still work and are in excellent condition.
