Good tires. Upgraded Flat screen TV in Living room. In motion Dish installed last year by dealer. Dish network or Direct TV Unit is in shed right now so I don't have any photos besides the one. Very nice well taken care of rv. We have owned it for three years and are looking for a smaller rv. Rialita or Concord 21 to 24 ft. Basement air and heat. Sleep number rear queen bed. Auto leveling,new tires. We traded for it in Tucson Arizona three years ago so it has never been in the salt. Always keep inside in the winters. Everything works and it drives like a dream. Lots of power to tow a car. We have towed this Jeep in the pictures and will sell it with the motorhome if you want. This rv is delux with all the options. Very Clean inside and out.

This is a CAT 350 diesel pusher with a 6 speed Allison transmission that will take you anywhere you want to go. Want an RV that doesn't look like an RV inside? This is it. We have replaced the couch (Lazy boy with pull out full size bed-sleeps surprisingly well), all carpeting, removed old TV and put in a flat screen TV, dining room table, upgraded plumbing faucets and blinds/shades to give this RV a more homey feel. Items also replaced/fixed: new queen mattress, the tires only have 5k miles on them, the service is good for another 5k miles, water heater has been fixed, 5 batteries replaced this year, new engine air filter. Items that are not perfect: there are cracks in the cabinet tops (see pic, it's not bad), front window needs to be replaced. When we purchased the RV, we were told that the dryer did not work, but the washer did. Since we've owned this, we've not tried either one to be honest. We felt it would take too much water, and would be another item to winterize. This RV has an Onan diesel generator, a power inverter, an energy management system, basement air with 2 compressors, and heat pump. It's an upgrade and is like what is in a house. The value is showing on NADA as $77k. We are asking $63k. This is a really great RV. Thanks for looking!
