We have a 34' Winnibago Adventurer with a 16' super slide-out with awning. Gas, 74,320 miles, runs great. On a Chevy chasis, good tires, power steering, auto, cruise. It has a rear bedroom with queen bed, built-in laundry hamper, couch and dinette makes out to beds. The queen mattress is new, still wrapped in plastic. Hydraulic leveling jacks, equiped with a hitch, electric stairs, 16' awning, and it has a Onan 5000 generator (386 hours on it) with remote start/stop controls. Kitchen has a 3 burner range, oven, microwave and oven vent. Large refrigerator and freezer, lots of storage space around the unit. My wife and I bought this to snowbird with, but with her ill health, we have to stop doing so. A little over a year ago we replaced the hot water tank (gas) with a new one. Less than a year ago the 16' awning was replaced as the old one was worn. A new Dometic 13,500 BTU air conditioner (parts & labor 2 year warranty) was installed last summer. Also last summer I had a new cab air compressor replaced (parts & labor 2 year warranty), so they are running good and cold. Furnace works great also. We were living in it, so I wanted everything running great. I just recently replaced the carpeting in the main living area since we were getting ready to sell. It has an raise up antenna and also a satelite dish on the roof, but I have no idea how they work (we always used the park's cable). Lots of basement storage including a huge section that a person could crawl through, from side to side. The rig needs a little TLC, but all major components are working fine. No pictures of the unit with the slide-out open, as I now have it in storage and the RVs are packed in there like sardines. Some dummy (me) left the ceiling vent open this winter, so rain did come in and stained the area around the vent - the mouse-fur ceiling will have to be cleaned by the new owner. No contracts. I think I have priced the unit fairly for a quick sale. No more snowbirding for us. :o(

Handicap Accessible RV with Braun lift.Good condition.2 Owner. Handicap Accessible RV.34WA layout with the dinette replaced by the lift.The Good:Runs really well.Full service records.Recently had the oil changed with synthetic.Recently had the house gone over.New house batteries.New engine battery.Recently replaced mattress.2012 date code tires with lots of tread left.Lift works perfectly.Generator recently serviced; runs well.Replaced most interior lights with LEDs.Issues:The parking brake doesn't work.The bumper was damaged, but bent back into shape.There is a little body damage on the right side of the vehicle that doesn't affect its operation.One of the skylights leaked slightly, but was repaired.If the engine battery switch is not turned off, it will drain in a couple of weeks if not hooked up.After the propane tank is drained, the valve should be replaced. My local RV guy quoted $150 for this with labor.Two air conditioners. They both worked well a couple of months ago in 90+ degree temperatures. 1994 Winnebago Adventurer 34' Class A Motorhome. Model is 34RA. Ford V8 460 engine, on a Ford chassis, with only 29,700 miles. Fully self contained, (including generator) sleeps 6 in total. This is one of the high end models that Winnebago built in 1994, and everything is of the highest quality. Runs and looks great, and is ready to hit the road. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a sleeper sofa, recliner, and a dinette booth: coach sleeps 6 in total. Slide makes it very roomy. Passed smog 2 weeks ago. All maintenance records. Water filter and solar panel on roof. 2 air conditioners and televisions. Excellent condition with 7.5 liter engine. No leaks. This is a great motor home and buy!
