This is a 2006 Billet Edition Weekend Warrior SLC 3705 Fifth wheel toy hauler. The living room and bedroom slide out. You can haul plenty of toys in this unit. It has a queen size master bedroom, electric dual bunk beds, and a sofa that is used as a twin bed. It also contains 150 gallons of fresh water, 50 of gray water, 50 of black water, 20 gallons of gas tank just for the generator, 40 gallons of gas storage for fuel station. The fuel station pump is currently not in use and all gas storage is used for generator. Generator hours are 950. It also has 2 air conditioning AC units. This unit has too many options to list, please see photos for list of options. TV's not included. It will need new tires and the price reflects that.

This is a great unit for hauling your toys or a car. It has been well cared for and has many upgrades valued at $4500. We have hauled our show car and almost any car will fit. Also, we have hauled a side-by-side, two 4-wheelers and a two wheeler at one time. The garage is 17' X 8+' to the first cabinet. The original pin has been replaced with a $1500 TrailAir Cushion Ride. Other upgrades include a Satellite Dish - Winegard Stationary Roadtrip Satellite, Sony DVD/Blu-Ray, Panasonic flat screen TV with swing out mount in cabinet on side wall and Sony Stereo. Outside speakers and outside service for the TV are another convenience.It sleeps 6 comfortably and has plenty of room for pallets on the floor. The living area has 2 fold-up/fold-down couches that also make into beds with stow-a-way tables and a pull down queen bed at the back. The bedroom is a generous size with a queen bed in the slide-out. The kitchen includes a double sink, microwave w/ hood and vent, stove top w/ cover and oven and a 8 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer.Two AC units serve the unit with one in the living area and one in the bedroom. There is an outside spray-port shower and generous storage both inside and out. This unit includes an Onan Marquis Gold 5500w generator and a fuel station with a 30 gal. tank. Electrical service is 50amp/30amp. Water capacity is 150 gal. fresh, 50 gal. gray and 50 gal. black.
