This is a great unit for hauling your toys or a car. It has been well cared for and has many upgrades valued at $4500. We have hauled our show car and almost any car will fit. Also, we have hauled a side-by-side, two 4-wheelers and a two wheeler at one time. The garage is 17' X 8+' to the first cabinet. The original pin has been replaced with a $1500 TrailAir Cushion Ride. Other upgrades include a Satellite Dish - Winegard Stationary Roadtrip Satellite, Sony DVD/Blu-Ray, Panasonic flat screen TV with swing out mount in cabinet on side wall and Sony Stereo. Outside speakers and outside service for the TV are another convenience.It sleeps 6 comfortably and has plenty of room for pallets on the floor. The living area has 2 fold-up/fold-down couches that also make into beds with stow-a-way tables and a pull down queen bed at the back. The bedroom is a generous size with a queen bed in the slide-out. The kitchen includes a double sink, microwave w/ hood and vent, stove top w/ cover and oven and a 8 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer.Two AC units serve the unit with one in the living area and one in the bedroom. There is an outside spray-port shower and generous storage both inside and out. This unit includes an Onan Marquis Gold 5500w generator and a fuel station with a 30 gal. tank. Electrical service is 50amp/30amp. Water capacity is 150 gal. fresh, 50 gal. gray and 50 gal. black.
