I have the factory papers MSRP was 43,764 and Factory Invoice was 32,999. It has fiberglass side walls, smoked glass windows, power awning, outside speakers that light up, 4000 onan generator with 20 gal tank, filling station with 40 gal tank, power lift jack, outside water wash down, 100 gal fresh water tank, 50 gray water tank, 50 gal black water tank, spare tire carrier, and aluminum rims. Inside it has a 15k btu a/c, 32" tv, 2 captains chairs, fold down bench seat, electric chairs and bunk bed that lower down, cd player with subwoofer, led cabinet lighting, gas or electric, fridge, gas or electric water heater, stand up shower, and a $900 queen size memory foam bed.
